You get 5 logo designs uploaded into your account at a time, it takes 1-3 business days to complete your requests. You have to respond within 72 hours after your designs are uploaded into your account with any requests you have (unless agreed differently with your project manager), otherwise your Project goes from being Unlimited Logo Designs to being 5 Custom Designs with Unlimited Revisions to your final design (a revision being a change to color, font or the placment of different elements within the design)

You will have a Project Manager dedicated to your design project the whole time, who will be happy to address any questions, concerns or requests you may have.
